Network and compatibility
The Zoey Flex 3G is a 2G GSM and 3G UMTS phone with no LTE and no VoLTE. US carriers retired 3G in 2022 and T-Mobile closed 2G GSM on August 3, 2026, so despite the listing's reference to US carriers it cannot get voice or data service in the United States today. Its 850/1900/2100 UMTS bands match many Latin American, Caribbean and other networks where 3G remains live, which is where it still activates. Offline functions work without service.
