Description
BLU Zoey Flex 3G Z170L Gold, New, GSM unlocked
Gold BLU Zoey Flex 3G Z170L, brand new, GSM unlocked, with dual SIM slots, a 1.8-inch internal screen, an external notification window and a microSD slot. Gold is a requested finish in Latin American and Caribbean markets where BLU flips sell at retail, which makes it an export lot first. It has no LTE and will not activate on a US carrier.
The BLU Zoey Flex 3G, model Z170L, is a compact dual-SIM flip phone from BLU: a 1.8-inch internal display, an external notification window on the lid, a VGA camera with video recording, an FM radio, a microSD slot for up to 32 GB, and an 800 mAh battery in a body that measures 103 x 53.5 x 17.9 mm and weighs 82 g. Cellular is 3G UMTS on 850/1900/2100 with 2G GSM; there is no LTE.
TG Wireless sells the Zoey Flex to exporters serving Latin American and other markets where UMTS 850/1900/2100 service is still live, and to buyers who need a simple flip for offline or display use. It is not a US activation phone.

Condition: New
Brand new units in the original box with the original in-box accessories as listed. Nothing has been activated or reconditioned. If your channel needs sealed retail packaging rather than open-box new, say so when you request a quote so the account manager can confirm how the lot is packed.
Network and compatibility
The Zoey Flex 3G is a 2G GSM and 3G UMTS phone with no LTE and no VoLTE. US carriers retired 3G in 2022 and T-Mobile closed 2G GSM on August 3, 2026, so despite the listing's reference to US carriers it cannot get voice or data service in the United States today. Lock state is per listing; see the network status line in the table. Its 850/1900/2100 UMTS bands match many Latin American, Caribbean and other networks where 3G remains live, which is where it still activates. Offline functions work without service.
Resale fit
- Exporters to Latin America and the Caribbean, where UMTS 850/1900 and 2100 service is still active and a dual-SIM flip sells as a basic phone.
- Buyers who need simple offline handsets for display, training or FM radio and media use.
- Collector and prop buyers who want a modern-era flip in a choice of colors.
