BLU C4 C050U 8 GB Blue, Android 3G, New, GSM unlocked
Blue is the color BLU led with for the C4, and this lot is the C050U Blue Android 3G phone, new and GSM Unlocked, with dual SIM and 8 GB of storage. The dark blue curved-glass front gives exporters a second color for the counter without a change in spec, which keeps the assortment simple for live-3G markets.
The BLU C4, model C050U, is a 2018 entry-level Android from BLU Products aimed at prepaid and export counters: a 4-inch 400 x 800 display behind a curved glass panel, a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 512 MB of RAM and 8 GB of storage plus microSD, 5 MP cameras front and back, a 1,300 mAh battery, dual SIM, and Android 8.1 Oreo in the lightweight Go Edition. It is a 3G phone with no LTE.
TG Wireless sells the C4 new and GSM unlocked to exporters supplying Latin America and other regions where 850 MHz 3G service is still live, and to dealers who need a very low-cost dual-SIM Android for Wi-Fi-based or export use.

Network and compatibility
The BLU C4 C050U is a dual-SIM 3G phone on 850/1900 or 850/2100 MHz with 2G GSM fallback and no LTE or VoLTE. Because US carriers retired 3G in 2022 and T-Mobile shut down 2G GSM on August 3, 2026, the C4 will not get service on any US carrier even though it is GSM unlocked; see the network status line in the table. It still works on live 3G networks in Latin America and elsewhere, and on Wi-Fi anywhere.
Resale fit
- Export to Latin America, the Caribbean, and other regions with live 850 MHz UMTS service where a sub-entry Android still sells.
- Dealers supplying Wi-Fi-only Android handsets for kiosks, kids, and basic messaging use.
- Marketplace sellers bundling a new, boxed dual-SIM Android at the lowest price tier.
