Description
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 N960 128 GB Ocean Blue, New, GSM unlocked
Ocean Blue is the Note 9 color that came with the contrasting yellow S Pen, and this listing is the brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 N960 in that finish, 128 GB, 4G LTE, GSM unlocked. Dealers who sell on appearance take blue for display cases and marketplace photos, where it separates the Note 9 from a wall of black phones.
The Galaxy Note 9 is Samsung's 2018 pen flagship, built on the Snapdragon 845 in the N9600 variant these SKUs reference, with 6 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage, a microSD slot, a 6.4-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display, a dual 12 MP camera with variable aperture, a 4,000 mAh battery, IP68 sealing, and the first Bluetooth S Pen with remote shutter and slide control. It shipped on Android 8.1 and was updated through Android 10, and it still carries the headphone jack and iris scanner that later models dropped.
Dealers buy the Note 9 from TG Wireless as a tested large-screen Samsung for prepaid and MVNO counters, marketplace resale, and fleet replacement where a pen device at a used-flagship price is the goal.

Condition: New
Brand new units in the original box with the original in-box accessories as listed. Nothing has been activated or reconditioned. If your channel needs sealed retail packaging rather than open-box new, say so when you request a quote so the account manager can confirm how the lot is packed.
Network and compatibility
All five listings in this family are sold GSM unlocked; see the network status line in the table. The Note 9 is a 4G LTE phone with VoLTE support, so it is unaffected by the US 2G and 3G retirements, and the band list in the specification table covers the main AT&T and T-Mobile LTE bands. Carrier acceptance and VoLTE provisioning depend on the exact variant (the SKU points to the N9600 build), so confirm with the carrier before buying for US activations. Outside the US, check the bands against your local networks.
