Description
BLU Neo X Plus N090U Black 4G, New, GSM unlocked
Brand new in black, this BLU Neo X Plus N090U is a 5.5-inch HD Android 5.1 phone with an aluminum housing, 8 MP and 5 MP cameras, and 3G HSPA+ data, sold GSM unlocked. Exporters who move large-screen budget phones in volume to 3G markets order black first, and kiosk buyers take it as a Wi-Fi device.
The BLU Neo X Plus (N090U) is a 2016 budget phablet with a 5.5-inch HD display that uses full lamination, so there is no air gap between the touch panel and the LCD. The housing is aluminum with a mirror-polished surface and sand-blasted matte edges. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop on a MediaTek MT6580 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with a Mali-400 GPU and carries an 8 MP main camera with 1080p video and a 5 MP front camera. Connectivity is 3G HSPA+ with Wi-Fi.
TG Wireless offers the Neo X Plus new and as graded used stock to exporters serving 3G markets, to buyers of large-screen Wi-Fi Android devices, and to resellers assembling color lots.

Condition: New
Brand new units in the original box with the original in-box accessories as listed. Nothing has been activated or reconditioned. If your channel needs sealed retail packaging rather than open-box new, say so when you request a quote so the account manager can confirm how the lot is packed.
Network and compatibility
The Neo X Plus is a 2G GSM and 3G HSPA+ phone; the 4G in its name is HSPA+ marketing and it has no LTE or VoLTE. US carriers retired 3G in 2022 and T-Mobile ended 2G GSM on August 3, 2026, so it gets no US carrier service today. Lock state is per listing; see the network status line in the table. It suits export to markets with live GSM and HSPA networks, and its 5.5-inch laminated screen makes it a usable Wi-Fi media, kiosk, or demo device.
Resale fit
- Export to 3G markets where a 5.5-inch metal-trimmed Android phone sells at a budget price.
- Wi-Fi-only Android devices for kiosks, media, and demos.
- Color-assortment lots for export dealers and marketplace sellers.
