Description
BLU Neo 5.5 N030L Black 4G, New, GSM, lock state not stated
The BLU Neo 5.5 N030L in Black is a new 5.5-inch Android 4.4 phone with a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, a 5 MP camera, and 3G HSPA+ data sold under the 4G label; lock state is confirmed by your account manager. Black is the volume color for export dealers who move large-screen budget Androids on live 3G networks.
The BLU Neo 5.5, model N030L, is a 2015 large-screen budget Android: a 5.5-inch FWVGA display in a curved shell, a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, a 5 MP rear camera with a VGA front camera, and Android 4.4 KitKat, sold in black, blue, and white. BLU marketed it as 4G, which for this model means HSPA+ data; it has no LTE radio. The listing supplies little else, so the spec table stays short.
TG Wireless sells the Neo 5.5 new to exporters serving Latin America and other regions where 3G service is still live and a 5.5-inch Android at the lowest price tier moves in volume, and to dealers who need large-screen handsets for Wi-Fi, demo, or display use.

Network and compatibility
The BLU Neo 5.5 N030L is a 2G GSM and 3G HSPA+ phone; the 4G in its name is BLU's HSPA+ label, and it has no LTE or VoLTE. US carriers retired 3G in 2022 and T-Mobile closed its 2G GSM network on August 3, 2026, so the Neo 5.5 cannot get service on any US carrier whatever its lock state; see the network status line in the table. It still registers on live 3G networks abroad, and Wi-Fi works anywhere.
Resale fit
- Export to Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa, where HSPA+ service is live and a 5.5-inch Android at a bottom-tier price still sells.
- Dealers supplying Wi-Fi-only large-screen Androids for kiosks, menus, and demo use.
- Display and prop use where a working 5.5-inch Android handset is wanted without carrier service.
