Description
BLU Neo 4.5 S330U White 4G, New, GSM unlocked
Offered brand new and GSM unlocked, this is the BLU Neo 4.5 S330U in White, the 4.5-inch IPS dual-SIM Android with a 3.2 MP rear camera and VGA front camera; the name's 4G refers to HSPA+ speed, as there is no LTE. White pairs with black in exporters' standard assortments for live-UMTS markets and suits Wi-Fi-only device programs.
The BLU Neo 4.5 S330u is a 2014 entry-level Android built for Latin American and US prepaid counters: a 4.5-inch 480 x 854 IPS display, a 1.3 GHz dual-core Cortex-A7 processor with 512 MB of RAM, a microSD slot for cards up to 32 GB, a 3.2 MP rear camera with LED flash, a VGA front camera, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio, dual SIM slots, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, in a curved shell sold in six colors. Its '4G' label refers to HSPA+ data; the phone has no LTE radio.
TG Wireless supplies the Neo 4.5 brand new to exporters serving markets where 3G UMTS service is still live, and to Wi-Fi-only, display and prop buyers who want a colorful small Android at the lowest ticket.

Condition: New

Network and compatibility
The Neo 4.5 S330u is a 3G HSPA+ phone marketed as 4G for its data speed; it has no LTE radio, and the u variant carries 3G on 850/1700/1900 MHz. All three US carriers retired 3G in 2022, so it gets no US cellular service today, including on the T-Mobile prepaid brands in its category. Lock state is per listing; see the network status line in the table. Realistic uses are export to Latin American and other markets where UMTS service is still live, Wi-Fi-only use, and display or prop stock.
Resale fit
- Exporters serving Latin American and Caribbean markets where 3G UMTS service is live and a colorful 4.5-inch dual-SIM Android sells at entry price.
- Wi-Fi-only programs: kids' devices, media players, kiosks and training units that never need a SIM.
- Display, prop and parts stock for retailers and repair shops handling BLU phones.
