Description
Apple iPhone 5c 16 GB Yellow, Factory Refurbished, Verizon, GSM unlocked
This yellow iPhone 5c is the 16 GB Verizon variant in Factory Refurbished condition, GSM unlocked. Reconditioned units are the sensible pick for exporters selling into GSM markets by the carton and for repair shops that want tested donors in the yellow housing, which is harder to source than black or white parts.
Apple released the iPhone 5c in September 2013 as the lower-priced companion to the 5s: the iPhone 5 internals, including the A6 chip, 4-inch Retina display, and 8 MP iSight camera, moved into a one-piece polycarbonate shell in five bright colors. It shipped with iOS 7 and stopped at iOS 10, so it no longer runs current apps or the App Store's newer builds.
TG Wireless supplies the Verizon-variant 5c to exporters serving markets where GSM and UMTS service is still live, to collector and prop buyers who want the color shells, and to repair shops and schools that use it as a Wi-Fi handset or parts donor.

Condition: Factory Refurbished
Factory refurbished units have been reconditioned to close-to-new working order. They are not brand new and may show light signs of handling. TG tests and grades each unit before it ships. Tell your account manager whether you need units with the original box and accessories or handset-only packs; the mix varies by lot.
Network and compatibility
The iPhone 5c is a 4G LTE phone, but it predates VoLTE, so US carriers no longer register it for voice or data now that 3G and CDMA are retired. Treat it as a no-service handset inside the United States. These Verizon-variant units are GSM unlocked; see the network status line in the table. Abroad, the A1532 still works where GSM or UMTS service runs and on compatible LTE networks, so it remains an export, Wi-Fi, parts, and collector device rather than an activation unit.
Resale fit
- Export lots for GSM and UMTS markets where a compact iPhone in a color shell still sells to first-time smartphone users.
- Collector shops and prop houses that want working, period-correct iPhones in the 5c's five launch colors.
- Repair benches sourcing tested donors for 5c screens, batteries, cameras, and housings.
- Wi-Fi and offline use: music players, point-of-sale companions, and test devices for apps that still target iOS 10.
