The BLU Studio C Super Camera D870U is a 2015 budget Android from BLU Products that put its money into the cameras: an 8 MP main camera with a Sony IMX179 sensor and Largan lens, and a 5 MP front camera with an 85-degree wide-angle Largan lens for group selfies. Network and compatibility
The Studio C Super Camera is a GSM and 3G HSPA+ phone; the 4G in its name refers to HSPA+, not LTE, and its 1700 MHz band was aimed at T-Mobile's 3G network. All US 3G networks were retired in 2022 and T-Mobile closed its 2G GSM network on August 3, 2026, so the phone gets no US voice or data service today. The units are GSM unlocked; see the network status line in the table. Realistic uses are export to markets with live 3G 850/1900/2100 or 2G GSM service, display, parts, and Wi-Fi use with older apps.
